All content included on this
site including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos,
button icons, images, audio clips and software, is the property
of Go Fast Performance or its suppliers and protected
by U.S. and international copyright laws. Any unauthorized
use of the materials appearing on this site may violate
copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could
result in criminal or civil penalties. All software used
on this site is the property Go Fast Performance
or its software suppliers and protected by U.S. and international
copyright laws and may not be reproduced, modified, distributed,
transmitted, or republished.
Go Fast Performance
and all titles, characters, names, graphics and icons
are service marks, trademarks, and/or trade dress of
Go Fast Performance. All other trademarks, product
names and company names or logos herein are the property
of their respective owners.
» Payment
All customers must pre-pay for
all products. We accept VISA/MC/Discover/Amex, PayPal,
money orders, personal checks, cashiers checks. All personal/company
checks require a 10 day clearing period before goods
can be shipped. Sorry we do not do COD shipments.
» Returns/Cancellations
All returns must
be approved by Go Fast Performance.
Return requests must be made within 15 days after
receiving order. All non-defective orders that were not the result of a shipping error are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We do not refund shipping charges. All approved
returns must be returned to Go Fast Performance in like new, resaleable condition, with all original packaging.
For orders refused at time of delivery or orders that are non-deliverable, customer will be charged
a 25% restocking fee as well as any return shipping charges.
No returns or cancellations on special order items.
» Shipping Damages
All shipments from Go Fast Performance are fully
insured. Some products may be damaged during transit. Inspect
all packages immediately in the presence of the delivery
person. Do
not sign delivery receipt until all packages have been inspected. In
the event that damage has occurred, note the specific
damage on the delivery bill and have the delivery person
sign it as verification. Retain all boxes and other packaging
material as package may be subject to inspection by the
carrier. Contact Go Fast Performance within 24
hours to file a claim request. Failure to comply with
this policy may result in a denial for damage claim.
» Warranty/Liability
All products sold by Go Fast Performance carry the warranty provided by the manufacturer,
and warranty documentation (when available) will be sent with the product(s).
Go Fast Performance by no means offers any warranty
beyond that provided by the manufacturer. In the event of
a defective product, all
support should be obtained directly from the manufacturer
as Go Fast Performance is not equipped to handle
such inquires.
All products sold by Go Fast Performance are aftermarket products and are
intended for off-road or show use only. Go Fast Performance is not liable for any damages or injury as
a result of the installation of these products. Due to
strict regulations by the Department of Transportation,
some of these products are not approved for street/highway
use. Removal of reinforcements, bumpers, turn signals,
and other safety equipment may be required for installation
and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Go Fast Performance will be in no way responsible for any consequences
directly or indirectly resulting from these actions.
» Installation of Aerodynamics
Due
to the material used in production, body kits may not
be a direct bolt-on. These body kits may require prepping,
sanding, shaving, filling gaps or other extensive body
work. These modifications may include removal or cutting
of the reinforcement bars. By purchasing aerodynamic
parts from our site, the customer understands the procedure
and possible difficulty in installing the body kit. We HIGHLY
recommend that a professional body shop with aftermarket
body kit experience perform the installation.
» Backorders
All in stock products will be
shipped within 48 hours. Special ordered parts can
take 2-12 weeks depending on the manufacturer.
» Site/Typography
All prices on this site are subject
to verification during order process. Prices incorrectly
displayed due to typographical errors are subject to change.
In the event of this occurring, you will be notified and
will have the option to cancel the order.
